Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Alison's Garden will pay for the return shipping if we sent the incorrect product. Items that have been damaged, altered or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to return incorrect items:
Email our customer service team at service@alisonsgarden.com to receive confirmation and instructions.
Repackage the item in its original shipping material.
Send product to the address provided to you by our customer service team.
We are happy to offer a full exchange of your purchases (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 5 days of you receiving the item(s). Please contact us and tell us what item you would like to do an exchange with. Items that are custom made or autographed may not be exchanged. All sales are final.
If the case that UPS damagages the package in shipping, please complete a Damage Report with UPS
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 5 to 12 business days.
