Ordering at Alison's Garden
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. Review your selections by clicking "cart". Here, you can make changes to or delete any of the items in your shopping cart. Next, click either "Continue Shopping" or if you are finished shopping, click "Checkout". Once you've clicked "Checkout," you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information.
You will receive an e-mail after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address. This confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
Forms of Payment
Alison's Garden accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Cash and checks are not accepted. For your protection, we do not retain your credit information in our system.
Therefore, we charge your card at the time your order is placed.
Only orders being shipped to the state of Wisconsin will be charged sales
tax.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will try to ship it to you as quickly as possible. But if your order has not yet shipped, contact Customer Service and we can cancel it for you.
Due to overwhelming responses on items, we can become temporarily out of an item. When this happens, we quickly restock.
